A. Complete & Submit your Contracting Packet

Attach and upload the following documents using the link below.

  • Copy of Valid state Insurance License
  • Copy of your Driver's License
  • Screenshot of AML certificate from RegED
  • Copy of Voided Check or EFT form for direct deposit
  • E&O Certificate

B. Receive "Good to Go" email

Once you receive the "Good to Go" email from Equis Processing, sign and submit all Carrier's Contracting emailed to you. Watch your email inbox and spam/junk folder for those emails. 

Please immediately notify our office for each carrier:

  • Date you submit contracting
  • Date Writing Number is Received
